Katie has a MOT, and a BA Honours in Psychology. She has worked with individuals of all ages, from child to senior.

Zoe is our administrator here at Mindful Mountains as well as Krysta's Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Krysta is the founder of Mindful Mountains. She has an MSc in Occupational Therapy and BFA in Film with an extended minor in Communications.
