Today I am going on a date with Kate

Right now I’m running late

I’ve changed my outfit three times already

Dreaming that we’ll end up going steady

Yet wondering if I am actually ready?

This is my first date with the same gender

Though I’ve liked girls for as long as I can remember

I hope she doesn’t mind my past is filled with men

It’s just they are so much easier to find and understand

I’ve been afraid of girls ever since…

but oh they are so beautiful

Coloured lips literally make me drool

Well my garb is picked

I might be slightly panicked

But it’s time to go!
