Regulate Group Coaching
Starting January 7th, 2025

Regulate is a unique group therapy program specifically designed for adults with ADHD. This innovative program was developed by a dedicated team of mental health professionals, each bringing their own specialization in various facets of ADHD treatment to the table. Leveraging their collective expertise, the team has crafted a comprehensive program that encompasses a broad spectrum of interventions and methodologies.

The program is structured around several core components aimed at addressing the multifaceted nature of ADHD in adults:

Education: Participants are provided with up-to-date, evidence-based information about ADHD. This includes understanding its impact on daily life, comorbid conditions, and the latest research findings.

Functional Skills & Strategies: Practical skills and strategies are taught to help participants manage the symptoms of ADHD. This can include time management, organizational skills, prioritization, and techniques to enhance focus and reduce distractibility.

Interactive Workshops: A key feature of the program is its interactive workshops where participants have the opportunity to engage with their peers. These workshops facilitate a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, strategies, and coping mechanisms that have worked for them.

Skills Practice: Beyond just learning new skills, the program ensures that there are ample opportunities for participants to practice these skills within the group setting. This hands-on approach helps to reinforce learning and encourages the practical application of strategies in day-to-day life.

Evidence-Based Theories: The entire program is grounded in evidence-based theories and practices. This means that all strategies, interventions, and information presented have been scientifically validated, ensuring that participants receive the most effective and current treatments available.

Overall, Regulate offers a holistic and multifaceted approach to managing ADHD in adulthood. By combining education, practical skills development, and peer support within an evidence-based framework, the program aims to empower individuals with ADHD to better manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
