Our Occupational Therapists work with you virtually, allowing us to provide care to individuals across Canada,  from the comfort of your own safe space. All of our practitioners are licensed to provide services to individuals based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the Northwest Territories.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists (MScOT) love helping people achieve what they need and want to do in life!

Whether the goal is returning to golf, improving coping strategies for work, or facing the grocery store, we can create a custom treatment plan that will empower you to reach your full potential.

Occupational Therapy for ADHD

ADHDers benefit greatly from the OT lens because of its focus on function! ADHD impacts many aspects of daily living, such as adulting, relationships, working and remaining calm when we become overstimulated.

Our OTs will teach you strategies to cope with executive function and emotional regulation challenges. You will learn how your brain works, how to accept yourself for who you are and how to work with your brain to succeed in life.

ADHD Coaching

With an ADHD coach, you will gain practical life skills and strategies to manage challenges with motivation, organization, planning, goal setting, time management, and more.

Each session is tailored to meet your needs and provides you with tools needed to succeed.

We take a client-centred approach to treatment that includes influences from:

  •  Mindfulness

  • CBT

  • DBT

  • Neurological rehabilitation
  • Polyvagal theory
  • Chronic pain science
  • Evidence-based ADHD education and strategies
  • Evidence-based emotional regulation strategies

Sessions may include psychotherapy, psychoeducation,  community engagement, nature therapy, or adaptive equipment recommendations.

As there is a shortage of adult ADHD treatment, we offer virtual appointments to ensure ADHDers across Canada have access to education and strategies that are tailored to our unique brains.
